Anger Management

Verbal or physical assaultive behavior results when you focus your angry feelings onto others. You have a right to your feelings, but you are responsible and accountable for your feelings and your behavior. Don't wait until the courts force you to seek therapy or until your partner walks out. We will enable you to deal with your feelings, the control issues in the relationship, and gain control of your feelings rather than allow your anger to destroy your relationship. We will teach you how to deal with your emotions and to communicate your thoughts and feelings without intense conflict.
